How to use:
Apply to pulse points such as wrists, neck, and behind ears as desired.
Optional Breath Cycle:
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds. Repeat for up to 2 minutes or as desired.
