Directions:
Apply to temples, wrists, neck, or shoulders as desired. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.
Optional Breath Cycle:
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds. Repeat for up to 2 minutes or as desired.
