Apply to pulse points such as wrists, neck, shoulders, or temples and enjoy the personal aroma throughout your day. Optional Breath Cycle:
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds. Repeat for up to 2 minutes or as desired.
