Lavender- Sweet, floral, honey like. Restorative, inspires relaxation.
Sweet Marjoram- Spicy, herbaceous woodsy. Comforting & nurturing to the soul as it helps release tension.
Chamomile- Fruity & sweet. Encourages restful sleep by calming the mind.
Vetiver- Earthy, woodsy, rich. Grounding & relaxing effect.
Ingredients:

Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile)*
Sweet Marjoram (Origanum majorana)*
Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides)
Directions:
Add 5–10 drops to a diffuser or personal inhaler. Inhale slowly and mindfully as part of your aromatherapy ritual.
